Better Than Best Fried Chicken
Flavor was OK. Needed more time to cook. Breading fell off chicken easily. Will make changes to the recipe if I make again.

Grilled Cheese Sandwich
Just a suggestion: The cheese melts better if you use a lid; it keeps the heat from escaping the pan.
