Black Bean Lasagna II
I was not a fan of this one. The flavors didn't seem to work well together for some reason. I did use regular refried beans, which could have been the problem. It just didn't make the cut.

Chicken Tortilla Soup V
This soup was good, but could have been a little more flavorful. If I make it again, I will add a few additions of my own. I think that beans of some sort would add flavor, as would more chicken broth.

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup
The kids loved it (2 and 4)! I thought it was just as good as the potato soup from Panera Bread. I sauted the vegetables first and added minced garlic. I also added the broth when I boiled the vegetables to let them soak up the flavor. YUM!
