Things my dear mother and and grandma used to make I'm venturing out and trying new things. I found a great recipe for Eggplant Parmesan and Stuffed manicotti and they came out totally awesome! Totally rave reviews with the family which spurs me on to make them again. Mushrooms stuffed with cream cheese which I cannot totally take credit for - got the recipe here. Way more tragedies than triumphs, but I'm working on it.
