Slow-Cooked Oriental Chicken

This is somewhat similar to Chicken adobo which is also listed on this site. I was hoping for something different, but from an unbiased standpoint, this receipe was very good.

Meatloaf With A Bite

WOW. My expectations were exceeded on this one; very flavorful (I used Pace Picante Med salsa). This receipe has replaced the meatloaf recipe that I've been using for the past five years. I highly recommend!

Baby Back Ribs

Excellent for such an easy recipe! Per previous reviews, after baking, I took the ribs out of the foil, placed them on a baking rack, brushed one side with more BBQ sauce, broiled it for about 7 minutes, turned it over and brushed the other side with more sauce and broiled it for another 6-7 minutes.

Oven-Baked Caramel French Toast

This was delicious!!! Instead of making the additional caramel sauce, I just turned each piece over on serving plates so that the bread with sauce was right side up.

Best Ever Popcorn Balls

These are GREAT. Although next time I will add some vanilla extract for additional flavoring. I used disposable kitchen gloves greased with a little bit of shortening and placed the balls on wax paper after forming. Clean up was a breeze.

Sugar Cookie Icing

GREAT, GREAT icing! In the past, I have just used confectioner's sugar and milk, but once hardened, the icing was still prone to indentation. This one is perfect, drying to a hard, smooth, even finish. Thank you!

Caldo Gallega

This was lacking something but it was certainly due to the fact that I omitted the ham because it was the only ingredient I didn't have on hand. So, I added some sazon, which fixed it right up and it tasted delicious! Great taste for very little effort and time.
