Salsa Chicken Rice Casserole
I was getting tired of the same cream of chicken/and or mushroom soup chicken casseroles and such that were in our dinner rotation so decided to try this... So glad I did because I was blown away! I used Fire Roasted Red Pepper enchilada sauce in place of the salsa.

Creamed Beef
I loved this... simple, good old fashioned, comfort home cooking. Took very little time and made a great meal. Thanks!

Slow Cooker Oats
I usually make apple instant oatmeal in the morning so was excited to give this a try. The idea of it was wonderful but the taste was just okay. Was still great to try. Thanks.
