Chicken Noodle Soup II
This soup turned out really good, I took some other posters advice and used about half homemade chicken stock and half store bought stock. I cooked 4 chicken breasts with carrots, celery, onion strained and shredded the chicken. Sauteed carrot and celery in the bottom of pan for just a couple minutes added homemade stock and box stock, cooked until veggies were tender, added half the chicken (used the other half chicken in a chicken salad) and noodles. The noodles were chewy but I rolled them as thin as I could get them. Some people loved the chewy thick noodles and others didn't but everyone like the flavor of the soup. It was a hit! I can't wait to make it again. Next time I will either use store bought noodles or use my dad's pasta maker to get the dough really thin

Peanut Butter Chicken Skewers
I thought this chicken was pretty good. I had never had any kind of peanut chicken before so really had nothing to compare it to but I did think it was quite tasty. My husband did not like it all and my daughter wouldn't eat it either, but she's 2 so I don't put a whole lot of stock into what she won't eat.

Chicken Pot Pie VIII
This pot pie was really good! I only gave it a 4 because I made some changes. I read the reviews and saw that it made too much filling so I halved the filling. I melted 1/2 cup butter, added flour, cooked a minute, added grated onion, salt and pepper, gradually added in 1 1/2 cups chicken stock cook and stirred until thickened...then I added a spoonful of sour cream, 10 oz semi thawed frozen mixed vegetables (if buy the box make sure you let them sit out so you can stir them in the mixture), shredded chicken, half cooked potatoes and I used biscuit topping, 2 cups bisquick, 1 cup milk and 2 eggs but it was really too much topping so will half that next time too. I will definitely make this again.
