I thought these tasted pretty good. They would be even better as mini muffins. Tasted like baked cinnamon sugar donuts. I added 1/2 tsp. cinnamon to flour mixture. I added 1/2 tbsp vanilla extract to milk. I also used butter in place of shortening. They came out just like the picture. This recipe would be really good with small bits of cooked apples. Fun recipe for the kids to share at school. Thanks for sharing.

This is very good, but next time I will use less sugar. Too sweet for my taste.

This pudding tasted great last night, but after having it in the refriderator the next day it was liquid.
