Sweet Pork Chops
Pork came out very dry. The "sauce" was way too thick because the recipe uses TOO MUCH FLOUR!!! After thinning out the sauce considerably with apple juice the whole thing had an odd, unpleasant taste. I will not be making this again.

Baked Salmon Fillets Dijon
YUM!!! This was very easy to make and so good. The Dijon taste was just right. I used less butter and next time I think I will try butter spray to cut calories, but it is great the way it is.

Cranberry Pork Chops I
Yum!!! I made this for my husband (who usually doesn't care for anything sweet) and he loved it. Served it along with cranberry basmati rice. Perfect.
