Southern Pineapple Casserole

Classic Macaroni Salad
This was my first homemade macaroni salad. I really liked it, even my husband who always tells me he doesn't like macaroni salad enjoyed it.....seconds even. I only used green pepper, red onion and cheddar cheese. And used 1/2 cup sugar. Sitting in the fridge for those 4 hours the pasta soaked up the dressing and it wasn't runny.
