Roasted Beets and Sauteed Beet Greens
The greens were great. This was the first time I ate Beets - they weren't bad - I just don't think they were cooked long enough - definatly needed more than an hour.

Santa Fe Corn on the Cob
I was hoping for more flavor to come out. Still added butter to corn after it was done. I will try again - but next time brush more onto the corn.
