Cinnamon Apple Pancakes
This was a nice alternative to the conventional buttery pancakes. It tastes a little different than I'm used to, but it is, like so many other reviewers have said, light and fluffy. I doubled the amount of apples and omitted the honey, and things still tasted pretty darn good. Next time, in fact, I might add even more apples. The final result wasn't particularly sweet, but I still ate all the pancakes plain. Worth a try if you crave pancakes but don't want something that is packed with fat and/or cholesterol. Happy Eating!

Raisin Cookies
This recipe was a lifesaver. I had an inhuman craving for oatmeal raisin cookies, yet I had no oatmeal. I made this instead and boy was I satisfied. So satisfied, in fact, that I ate most of it as batter before I cooked them. Alas, I did not receive a cooking badge for this. :)

Good Old Fashioned Pancakes
This was an excellent, yet simple recipe. All people who make pancakes from a mix should be ashamed; this is hardly any more difficult and tastes a million times better (as is true with anything made from scratch).
