These are great! I did add more peanut butter (personal preference ~ I love peanut butter!) and decreased the milk by the same amount. My picky 15 month old has eaten 4 of them since yesterday!

After all the good reviews, I was expecting a phenomenal cookie...these were just ok. As others have said, they need to be cooked much longer. I did 365 degrees for 12 minutes and they were still a little underdone. Also, this is way WAY too many chocolate chips for my taste...I would cut it in as least half. This recipe has good potential, and I'll probably make them again, but with fewer chips and a longer baking time.

Yummy! I loved it, hubby thought that the cheese was not melty enough. That was probably because I used reduced fat cheddar - I still thought it was great. With regular cheese would have been even creamier. Awesome :)

Yum! I have done this twice and it has turned out great :) I used 1 bag of microwave popcorn and half the caramel sauce and it was great - it seemed like not enough caramel at ffirst but with a lot of stirring it worked :)

Yum! I also dipped them in the cinnamon/sugar, rather then sprinkling (worked better for me - less messy!). These muffins were really great, and a hit for my Sunday School class!

I cheated a little and used canned diced tomatoes instead of fresh (needed pizza sauce in a pinch and didn't have many ingredients). This is AWESOME with the canned tomatoes, and I imagine it's even better with fresh - I will be using this again and again!

Two things - this recipe leaves out a very important step - what to do with the butter! I made this the first time without realizing it (so with just having brown sugar and nuts in the muffin tins under the muffins) and they started to burn, the topping didn't stick, and they were just not good. I realized the mistake and tried them again, putting 2 teaspoons of melted butter in with the rest of the topping ingredients into each muffin cup. The resulting biscuits just weren't that good. The saltiness of the biscuit did not go with the topping well. My husband pretended that he liked them but passed on seconds (and he ALWAYS takes more with foods like this). Not something I will make again - sorry!

Yummy cookie - you are not going to get the same texture for a cookie when using applesauce instead of butter, but they are still great! One important thing that I have learned when baking with low fat/fat free products is to NOT overstir (like with muffins) - overstirring activates the gluten in the flour and the lack of fat particles in the batter is what leads to a chewy or rubbery cookie. If you mix all your wet ingredients really well and then mix in your flour just until homogenous (I fold it in with a rubber spatula rather than trying to use beaters) it will help the cookie to maintain more of a cookie texture. Yum! I made this for Thanksgiving last year and forgot to rate it. When I told my husband that I was going to make it again (now that it's pumpkin season) his eyes lit up! :) Delicious, good flavor even with lighter ingredients. I make it with fat free sweetened condensed milk, egg whites or egg substitute, and reduced fat graham cracker crust (when I can find it) - thanks for this great recipe!

Yum! I only had cream of chicken soup on hand (no cream of mushroom) so I used that - gave it kind of a strange flavor with the beef at first, but next day was delicious! Can't wait to try as written!

Yummy! I messed this recipe up severely the first time I made it and almost gave a bad review but realized it was user error! I added 1T instead of 1t pepper and couldn't eat it (it seemed like a lot, but I thought I was following the recipe! :)) So if you add the right amt. of black pepper, it's great! I also have made it with minute rice (cooked in beef broth instead of water) with carrots and peas added, and it is delish - not as creamy but a quick and easy alternative (and good if you don't have arborio rice :)) Overall definitely a 5-star recipe, and something I'll make again and again!

I rarely give one star to any recipe, but these just did not work out. I followed the recipe to a "t" - the "dough" was extremely soupy but I went ahead and baked some anyway - the middle was chewy but the edges were crispy and greasy - not at all what they should have been. I'm not even sure what I could do to salvage these, because adding more flour would just make them cakey. I'm glad that some people had luck with them but for me they just did not turn out.

Yum! So fresh and delicious! I reduce the olive oil pretty significantly, but that is my only change (we don't like that much oil :)). Oh, and I didn't let the mix marinate too long (didn't have time!) but it was delicious nonetheless - next time I will let it sit and I'm sure it will be even better!

Wow this was delicious! I had this and Chicken Marakesh as my first attempt at making (and eating!) Indian food. A little time consuming with the rolling, and I had to turn the grill down to medium to prevent burning, but this was delicious!

Delicious! 8 minutes still left them a bit pale and chewy, but my husband preferred those to my second batch (~12 minutes) which were more brown and crispy. I liked the second batch better, so it's all in the preference :) UPDATE: These cookies only get better with age! It is rare that cookies make it past a day or two without getting tossed in my house because they become dry, chewy, etc. but these became softer and even more delicious! Almost a sugar cookie consistency but with peanut butter flavor - yum!

Yummy but way too sweet and the vanilla taste is pretty strong (and I love vanilla - usually double or triple it but in this recipe I needed to use ~1/2) - I cut the sugar in half and they still tasted more like cupcakes than cornbread. Other than that, great texture, delicious, easy to make. I'll make them again and again (just with less sugar!); UPDATE - these are great when first made but are only so-so the next morning and pretty much inedible after that. Not necessarily a bad thing - just make only what you are going to eat :)

Yum! My only complaint is that I get a stomach-ache because I eat WAY too much of this :) I cut the recipe to 5 servings and cooked it in a small ramekin for ~20 minutes and it came out perfectly!

Yummy but not as sweet or peanut-buttery as I expected. I made this in my mixer instead of in the bread machine. I agree with the previous review that this dough is excellent to work with - so smooth and not at all sticky! Made a 9x5 loaf as well as a nice sized round loaf. Good toasted with some jelly on it :)
