Clark's Quiche
delicious! I used the deep dish crusts & still had too much filling (I ended up leaving out about 1/4 of the egg mixture) and it still came out great. It was a huge hit in my house - Thanks for sharing :)

Asparagus Roll-Ups
These are awesome! I do not use the bacon, and they still taste fantastic with just the cream cheese & chives. I also put 2 or 3 small spears in each 'bread roll' if the asparagus is very small. They're always a big hit - so many people have asked me for this recipe!

Easy Sausage Cheese Balls
I make these for almost every family gathering. They are easy to make and everyone loves them. The mix will seem very dry at first, but as you keep working it together with your hands, it will come together nicely. I usually make extra and freeze them before cooking to have on hand for a quick appetizer.
