Mom's Best Peanut Brittle
I made this for my teachers, and they loved it! They keep asking me to make it for them. But you definitely have to work FAST when you pour it on the cookie sheet. The first time I made this, I did the cold water test, and I didnt wait until the strans were brittle, so my brittle came out like taffe...love this recipe though!

Apple and Sausage Cornbread Stuffing
This was a really good recipe, but I had to change somethings around. Thank god I got a can of chicken stock at the store just incase, because it would've been to dry without it. Also, I used jimmy dean sausage instead and crumbled it into the mix. I would definitely make this again!

Apple Crisp II
I made this for my grandpa's birthday, and he loved it! The only thing I did was use about 7=8 green granny smith apples...i also doubled the juice, and then added an additional half recipe to the topping. I'm for sure going to make this again!
