Penne with Spicy Chicken Sausage, Beans, and Greens
This was great! We got arugula and cherry tomatoes in our CSA box this week - this recipe was perfect! I substituted spicy Italian turkey sausage and great northern beans b/c that's what I had, and we loved it! Thanks so much.

Teena's Spicy Pesto Chicken and Pasta
LOVED IT! Used homemade pesto and added sliced white mushrooms & zucchini. Very fresh and flavorful. Will make this again and again!

Blueberry Zucchini Bread
We loved this. Used 1/2 C oil, 1/2 C applesauce, 2C white sugar, 1/4 C brown sugar as well as 1C whole wheat flour and 2C all-purpose per previous reviews.
