I love cooking! It has always been my favorite hobby. Ever since I was a little girl, I was already cooking for my family(tried at least!) I love bold flavors. My taste buds are global, love foods form all over the world! I must say my favorites would be thai, mexican, japanese, and italian food I love to cook enchiladas and all kinds of vegetable dishes. Poached salmon and fillet mignon are my specialties. I can cook a fillet mignon to perfection! My parents never taught me the family recipes which kind of sucks because I dont know how to cook our traditional foods. everytime I make a great meal is a triumph! I guess when I put too much batter in my loaf pans and it started over flowing and spilling into my brand new ge oven. Trust me, after that experience, it never happened again!
