Thai Peanut Chicken
The other reviews were right on the money. It was way too salty. I doubled the sauce and added about a 1/2 cup brown sugar to it (and some water). It turned out fantastic. I also added green peppers. I will definitely be making this again!

Chicken Pot Pie VIII
This recipe is easily changed! I used Pillsbury roll out crusts instead of making my own. I added peas instead of mushrooms and used canned potatoes and chicken since I was in a rush. It does make too much for one pie filling. I am going to use less broth next time.

Lemon Pepper Pasta
Adding some parm cheese definitely made this great. Subtle flavors. Very nice.
