I thought this dish was boring. It didnt have enough spice for my taste. I added hot pepper sauce and Ginger to my dish and i still thought it was boring. The up side to the dish is that it is easy to make and fast, but i have had better curry dishes.

I continue to be amazed by how great the recipes are on this site. This salad is so good. I fried the pita bread and put it in the salad (so much better this way). The idea came from a resturant here in Ann Arbor. The dressing is awesome. I will use this dressing in more salads. You can also add feta if you like.

I made this recipe for my boyfriends birthday pt luck party. It was when we first started dating. Everyone at the party was extreamly impressed by it. Needless to say, my boyfriend is now my husband. This recipe must have won him over! hehehehe. Really good recipe. -Myrrisa
