Roasted Pumpkin Seeds
These are really very good. I carved my pumpkin, sorted the seeds, rinsed them and dried them for about an hour (I am in a dry climate). Used more salt + garlic salt and flipped over halfway through cooking. Straight out of the oven these were delicious. :) Thanks for sharing!

Chuck's Favorite Mac and Cheese
This is one of my favorite recipes of all time. The only modification that I make is to add a bit more sour cream, use very high quality white cheddar cheese and parm, and bake it a bit shorter since I am in a dry climate at high altitude. This recipe is a favorite of every person I make it for.

Raspberry Trifle
This is incredibly good as is. I have done minor things to change this a few times I have made it and it was really good...such as different berries, orange marmalade on the pound cake, etc. Delicious!
