Colorado Buffalo Chili

This was very good. The only changes I made was using a jalapeno because there were no Anaheim chiles and I cooked it on the stove because I didn't realize it was for a slow cooker. All the better! I served it over rice.

Excellent. I did 3 min. on each side with 16/21 shrimp. Maybe could have used and extra 30 seconds on each side.

Creme Fraiche-Roasted Salmon

I'd really say 4 1/2 stars. Didn't really taste anything from the creme fraiche, but the salmon was supermoist. Maybe that was the point of it. Some reviewers put dill and lemon down before the creme fraiche. Cooked for 12 minutes--perfect.

Spicy Chicken Thai Noodle Soup

This soup was very spicy--and I like pretty spicy food. I had to add two more cans of broth. As others have written, this was a very odd combination of spices. Although edible, I won't make it again.
