This recipe was easy to make and delicious. I decided to try it with more of a wheat base, so I used 2 cups whole wheat flour and one cup of all-purpose flour. It came out very well and I will definitely make this again. I served it to a group of moms and their children and they all loved it too. Thanks, William, for this delicious recipe. Like many others, I pureed the avocado and most of the shrimp first. The soup came out really well and was very unique.
