Juanita's 6 Braided Challah Bread

Easy Challah Bread

1/4 cup of warm water & 1 package of yeast with 2 teaspoons of sugar ( let sit for a few mins). Combine 4 1/2 cups of King Arthur's Unbleached Flour in a bowl with (2) teaspoons of sea salt; mix leaving a cleared cirurlar space at bottom of bowl for eggs. add (2) large eggs, 1 1/2 tablespoon of veg.oil & 1 tablespoon of butter; add 2 tablespoons of honey ( if desired) & cup of warm water. Beat 1 egg yoke for coding; heat oven at 320, bake for 20-30 mins ( varies with storve)
