i followed this recipe exactly, but the pudding came out mushy and uncooked. i cooked it for over an hour but still wouldnt cook. great flavour/taste

great taste! love the buttery icing. heres a few changes i made: -i added more flour, when kneading the dough -added more sugar to the dough mixture - reduced the amount of water for the icing also make sure to eat them fresh, as this recipe makes about 40 dougnuts! the next day, they did not taste as good, as the dough became hard, and the icing became watery. So make sure to eat them fresh!
