Curry Pumpkin Soup
Simply fantastic. Better with fresh pumpkin than with canned, but the canned stuff is obviously so much easier. I used onions and there's no way I'd go without, I also added some Garam Masala which just kicked it to an even more amazing height. I tried it before I added the masala though, and it was divine. I will make this often, there is no doubt.

Clark's Quiche
My husband said this was the best quiche he'd ever had. I'd never made quiche before, so it was really great to have this recipe. I didn't have any ham, so I just added extra bacon. I think that was a mistake because I thought it was a little too salty. That was my own fault though. Thanks for this recipe!

Snickerdoodle Cake I
This cake was amazing. I used butter instead of shortening, because it's what I had on hand. I also used cake flour instead of all purpose. I don't know if it was the recipe, or just luck, but I was told this was the best cake I've ever baked and I agreed. And I bake often.
