BEST EVER. I thought I might be copping out by adding alfredo, but it was just so dang tasty.
I used Bertolli's Roasted Garlic Alfredo from the jar. I've also used minced garlic instead of roasted garlic a few times, just to save time, and it didn't make too much of a difference. Sometimes I don't have shredded parmesan and leave it out.. I don't notice a difference.
I've also made this recipe in my fondue pot, using minced garlic instead and it's just as good, if not better!
One time I used the whole bag of Mozz though.. big mistake. Stick to the recipe and you'll be delighted!
And if you have extra time, mix the garlic, spinach and artichokes in a container and let them meld together overnight. I did this for Thankgiving and the dip was even more amazing.
I've made this several times and everyone LOVES it. A few people have even said that they HATED spinach and artichoke dip before this one! :)
