I followed the recipe on this one, with one exception. I did drain it b/f mashing. It would have been soup otherwise. I liked this recipe ok, however I like cauliflower. My family did not. My husband set a good example and ate it in front of the kids, but if we had been alone I don't think he would have eaten it.

This is delicious! I used the Ranch dip and dressing recipe mix on this website, and it was perfect! I also added the sliced avocado directly to the food processor without mashing it first. It worked just fine.

This was exactly what I was looking for! It worked great. I used this with the Avocado Ranch dip recipe and it was perfect. I used a heaping tablespoon, and didn't change anything. Thanks!
