I didn't use anchovys and instead of dijon, I used horseradish.

Pecan Sour Cream Pound Cake
I made this for the 1st time for this years super bowl and I reduced the sugar to 2 1/2 Cups. Also, I only had salted butter so I didn't add any salt and I used reg. flour instead of cake flour. Everyone loved it but it was really heavy and sweet for me.
