I am a proud Army wife of 7 years and mother to a blended family of 3 teen girls (20, 18, 16) and two stepsons(14) and eleven. I am currently going to school for Criminal Justice and working most days so am always looking for something new, but quick and easy to make. I love Italian, Asian, and Mexican food amoung good American meals and Southern food. Thanksgiving and Christmas we have everyone pick on dish they want to cook and that is how we come up with our holiday meals. As the kids get older, its getting harder to get them to pick out something, but its a tradition that I am stressing we keep. One day thier significant others will thank me! Opening the cupboards and coming up with a new meal with what I have in there. I came up with a ground beef stroganoff that my family loves. As a kid, I added water to some Jell-O pudding I was making instead of milk and it came out really runny. My parents graciously ate it, but I have never lived that one down.
