Artichoke Chicken
I made this dish tonight. It was really good. I followed some of the users suggestions and sauteed the artichokes with portobella mushrooms and garlic. I also used half mayo and 1/2 plain yogurt and put breadcrumbs on top. The kids liked it, so this one is a keeper.

Easy Quiche
I make this for brunches every time. Its a big hit. For office breakfast treats this is the #1 request.

Chocolate Zucchini Cookies
The taste was bland, more biscuit than cookie. They really lacked pizazz. If I ever make these again I would add chocolate chips and/or nuts.
