Zucchini Corn Fritters
This recipe would be better with only half the sugar (or less) I kept having to add salt and spices to counter the sweet. After a couple sets of fritters I finally put the rest of the batter in a baking dish and baked it at 400. Much better this way!

Amazing Almond Chicken Casserole
This is true comfort food. A truely yummy chicken casserole with some crunchiness to it. Even my 5 year old was happy to eat it.

Cream Cheese Chocolate Chip Cookies
These were more cakey than regular choc. chip cookies. I missed the classic chocolate chip cookie texture.
