Beef Tips
very good, I also did not add the extra salt, but I did add more garlic and I also added a lot of paprika.then cooked it in the Crockpot for about 6hrs.

Sour Cream Pork Chops
Excellent ........... I used beef broth instead of chicken broth and seasoned the chops with salt, pepper, garlic and paprika..... Thank you :-) Edith, BIRDSnMORE

Marinated Flank Steak
great marinade, I added some liquid smoke and lots of Garlic, everyone liked it. The only thing I would do different is to wipe of the steaks after marinding to get some of the oil of the surface.
