Hash Brown Casserole II
This is very good and easy. I used the hash browns that have green peppers and onions already in them, less sour cream and more soup, and the french fried onions as the topping instead of the cornflakes. I am taking it to a potluck tomorrow at work and will be cooking it in the slow cooker. We'll see how that works.

Banana Pudding IV
I had help from my 5 yr old grandson and 4 year old granddaughter to make this. When we got to the tasting part, my grandson's quote was "it's sooooooo good" and he is right. It was easy and fun to make and tastes great.
