I don't consider myself a cook. I'm really still learning to cook. I love to bake though. Duh... CHEESECAKE! And bread too. Can't think of any off-hand. Chai; Cheesecake; Homemade Paneer, Yogurt, Butter; Most baking. Moist ovenbaked poltery including turkey. To horrible for my brain to allow me to remember what they were. Probabaly had to do with cooking on the stove (rather than in an oven) and was propaly too burned to be edible.
