Can I give this 6 stars?!!! Wow, this was soooo wonderful. Keep away if you're counting calories, but otherwise - Dive in!

I made this recipe to the specifications (plus added more garlic). I found it bland. However, it has so much potential that I will make it again and add kosher salt, freshly ground black pepper, oregano and cayenne pepper. I think once it is spiced up a bit this dish will be absolutely amazing.

Creamy Parsnip With Ginger Soup

This was an excellent recipe for someone who has never before tried parsnips. I used 1% milk instead of half and half and the soup was still lovely and thick - the perfect food for a snowy winter night. I will make this again.

Stuffed Eggplant

I made quite a few changes to this recipe, but kept the original spirit of it. I omitted the olive oil completely in order to reduce the fat and calories. It was not missed at all. I used olive oil cooking spray instead. I added 1 cup of chopped onion, 4 oz. of white mushrooms, and used half a cup of bread crumbs instead of 2 cups. I also used 7 cloves of garlic and only 1/3 cup of cheese. The next time I try this recipe, I will omit the breadcrumbs entirely and see how it comes out. I will definitely make this again.

Sesame Parmesan Zucchini

As someone who is really not fond of zucchini, I must say this was a very nice side dish. I only used 1 tablespoon of olive oil, and the next time I make this recipe, I'll try using olive oil cooking spray instead.

Cream Corn Pork Chops

This was a quick and easy recipe to make. It was okay, but I think it has potential to be dressed up a bit. It might be nice to add chopped garlic and freshly ground black pepper. I will try this recipe again.

Green Bean Casserole IV

I absolutely hated this recipe. This sounds strange after awarding it a 4-star rating? Well, I rated it based on the other 7 people at the Thanksgiving dinner table. They all loved it, including two kids. So while I will not eat it, I've made this recipe for the last 4 Thanksgivings.

Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breasts

This was a very good recipe and I will definitely be making it again. I used half mayo/half sour cream and omitted the bacon and I found that worked well. Next time I will try sprinkling the chicken with oregano and lemon juice.

Turkey Cutlets With Apple Chutney

My husband didn't really like this recipe from the first bite and that is highly unusual; he's the least picky eater I've ever encountered. As for myself, I found that the more I ate it, the less I liked it. There was way too much chutney for the amount of turkey. I won't be making this recipe again.
