I love cooking and try to prepare something new everyday. My boyfriend says I'm sometimes too "experimental"! :) Allrecipes has been my kitchen bible for a while and I've learnt a lot thanks to all of you, thanks so much! I'm watching my weight so i'm definitely looking for healthy recipes! And even if I were not trying to shed a few pounds, I think it's important to feed my family with loads of veggies! Of course, I like to treat myself every once in a while. Life's too short to not eat chocolate! My mum has the most delicious tomato sauce ever! She uses it in lasagna, spaghetti Bolognese, garlic shrimps and meatballs. I haven't been able to find her secret until now. Our newest tradition is sunday lunch: mum prepares the main dish and I bring the dessert. Recently, we had a housewarming party and I made the entire appetizers buffet from scratch. Felt like an achievement... One word: polenta!
