Vanilla Ice Cream V
Froze nicely. Good flavor. I used evaporated milk instead of cream.

Very Chocolate Ice Cream
This is a dandy of a recipe. I had no trouble getting it to freeze well. It was the first ice cream I have ever made and I did it in a 40 year old hand crank ice cream freezer in the tropical heat of San Pedro Sula, Honduras. Very nice flavor. I used evaporated milk instead of cream.

Broccoli, Pepperoni and Three Cheese Calzones
Good but I made some changes. I used half whole wheat flour and it still seemed like the water amount was too much. I also thought it looked a little tasteless on paper so I add some tyme, oregano and basel and some red pepper flakes for a little kick.
