I am a mother of a three year old, a wife of 8 years and a teacher. I love to be active and am on the go all the time. I really enjoy playing tennis and being outside with my son. I love to cook easy meals. I know when my meals taste good when my husband wants seconds. I like to use stewed tomatoes and Ro-tel in recipes. I love Thanksgiving. Being the youngest in the family, though, I don't usually get to share in the cooking experience. I have started a new tradition at my house Christmas morning. Since we had our son, we have Christmas morning breakfast at our house. My chili and spagehetti are great. I make a really good chicken potpie also. I have not mastered a cube steak yet.
