Tender Chicken Nuggets
These truly turned out great and we ate them all up! I did use more parmesan than the recipe called for just because I realized I'd gotten carried away with my grating and threw it all in. The only other change was I didn't have seasoned bread crumbs so I had to season them up on my own. We served it with ketchup and ranch dressing but I also made the following recipe of Hot Mustard Pretzel Dip... spicy and delicious!
