Hot Mustard Pretzel Dip
YUM! We love spicy so this was definitely our kind of dip. We actually made it as a dip for our home-made chicken nuggets (link to follow) and it was so good (the kids stuck to ketchup & ranch). It was soooooooooo good! We didn't let the mustard and vinegar sit more than 15 minutes and it still turned out fabulous.

Tender Chicken Nuggets
These truly turned out great and we ate them all up! I did use more parmesan than the recipe called for just because I realized I'd gotten carried away with my grating and threw it all in. The only other change was I didn't have seasoned bread crumbs so I had to season them up on my own. We served it with ketchup and ranch dressing but I also made the following recipe of Hot Mustard Pretzel Dip... spicy and delicious!

Strawberry/Rhubarb Crumb Pie
This was really a wonderful pie that my family just loved. The first time I made it it turned out perfectly (although I turned off the oven when it was done and forgot about it for about 15 minutes)! The second time I made it I took it out when I thought it was done and it was runny... so just a tip to maybe let it cook longer than you think it needs to be.
