Baked Asian-Style Honey Chicken

Easy, flavorful chicken recipe. Works for any piece, boneless or bone-in. I serve it with rice noodles and snap peas, then throw some sesame seeds on top for a pretty presentation. Gets great reviews every time.

Pesto Tuna Salad with Sun-Dried Tomatoes

Bob's Stuffed Banana Peppers

Very good. Most people stuff bell peppers, but I much prefer these stuffed banana peppers! I use pork breakfast sausage. To save time, you can use canned sauce.

Delicious Black Bean Burritos

A good starter recipe for a vegetarian meal. I do think it's a bit bland so I up the jalapeno significantly. The cream cheese cuts the heat. Very good warmed up as well.

Texas Pork Ribs

5 stars for the rub! I either use a bottle of store-bought sauce or none at all (the rub is that good!). The only change I make is using brown sugar.

Jalapeno Popper Spread

This dip is my go-to recipe for parties and it gets rave reviews every time. I make it exactly to the recipe except I vary the amount of jalapeno depending on the crowd. Fritos are my favorite dipper to serve it with.

Big Batch Kris Kringle Cookies

My favorite homemade cookies! Usually make exactly to recipe but also sometimes substitute whole wheat flour, vegan "butter", etc and they're still yummy. Great mix of flavors and they're good chewy or crispy.
