Three Cheese Manicotti II
Really yum! Only thing I had to change was that I used some Jack as I ran out of Mozzarella. Also used fresh basil instead of dried. Yum!

Sweet Potato Pound Cake
Absolutely beautiful. Seriously. Loved it!! So did my neighbour (she also wants to bottle the scent for an air freshener). Only changes I made was to bake in 2 loaf pans and I omitted the glaze. Fantastic!!!! Thanks for the recipe - it's a keeper!

Banana Chocolate Chip Dessert
Mad as is except used half wholemeal flour. Very yum but needed longer than stated in my oven.
