15-Minute Dinner Nachos Supreme
I used ground turkey and added some chili powder, coriander and cumin to add some more flavor. I also mixed 1/2 the cheese in so it would be all melty. Put the other half on top along with sour cream, chopped cilantro, lettuce, tomato and olives. Avocado is yummy too! My 2 & 7 year olds LOVE this!! (great excuse to eat chips for dinner!! ;)

Shrimp Durango
Really tasty!! I doubled the sauce and halved the pasta like others said to do. Everyone in the family loved it, 6 year old and 22 month old included! I served with ripe avocado on the side for a nice creamy balance...YUM!

Playgroup Granola Bars
SOOO good! I followed other reviewers and cut the brown sugar to 1/2 cup and left a 1 inch space when spreading the dough out in the pan. (I used Reynolds release foil.) After they cooled (cut them while warm) I put them in a zip lock bag and they are still chewy the next day. Only problem is that I can't stop eating them!!
