I made this for my husband's office party and it was a big hit. One thing I did differently was to mix more nuts into the batter just because I like it that way. It gets better the longer you let it sit for the glaze to soak in. I didn't give it five stars because I'm not a fan of boxed cake mix. Even though it has an excellent flavor, you can still tell it began with a box mix.

These do have a good flavor, but I just could not get past how greasy they were. Too much butter! I chopped the cherries like another reviewer had suggested and was glad I did. They were very good on the first day, but became soggy and greasy after that.

This is a really good chai tea and a great alternative to paying $10 for the "home party" mix. I used fat free french vanilla coffee-mate and decafinated instant tea. I have had numerous requests for the recipe!
