I'm a stay at home mother of 1. I spend most of my time homeschooling, gardening, furthering God's kingdom, or if I'm lucky: just taking a little 'mom time' I love cooking anything out of my garden. Cooking something from scratch is great, but when I cook something from total start (Seed) to finish, it gives me a GREAT sense of accomplishment. :D My friends and I have started a Monthly meal club. We spend one day a month and shop for groceries, cook/prepare our meals and freeze them. I love it because it's a team effort that really saves everyone time and money. My mother was never able to teach me to cook, so most of what I learned I actually learned here on Allrecipies. I'd pull up the recipes and give my dad the shopping list. I'm very proud to say I can actually cook today!! None yet, but I'm sure there will be one to come soon.
