Cheddar Beef Enchiladas

We absolutly loved this, as this was my first time making enchaladas! I did make some personal changes, just to suit our own tastes and based on others reviews. I made extra rice, used olives, and I simply forgot to add the salsa, and I did leave out the chicken soup. I used enchalada sauce instead. I must say, I even had a friend from California, who knows mexican dishes say it tasted perfect. I will definetly be making this again!

My Chili

I made this as my first time attempt of making chili, and it was a huge hit! I did add and extra can of kidney beans, and a little extra chilli powder, but other than that I followed the recipie as made, and it turned out fantastic. I serveed with biscuts and for the kids I put it over some macaroni. This will definetly be a keeper in our house!

Kielbasa and Potato Bake

I made this as directed, and while it was alright, It was not a big hit in my house. It was worth a shot though, but I doubt I'll be making this again. If I do, I would defenitly use more Kielbasa, and maybe some other ingredients as well.

Italian Spaghetti Sauce with Meatballs

I never made homemade sauce before this and I have been wanting to make my own for awhile now. This was an absolute hit. Im now making it a second time in a two week period, because it came out sooo good and I cook for a household of picky eaters. I love how simple it is too. Did not change a thing...just strained some of the fat from the meatballs while it was cooking with a large spoon. Thanks for a great recipie that I feel comfortable experamenting with in the future too! UPDATE: Just so you know, I am always being bugged to make this sauce whenever I cook something requireing sauce. Still a huge hit!

Crescent Dogs

I make this quite often for a change of pace when having hot dogs. We call them pigs in a blanket, but they are very tastey. Last time I made them, they were gone in a heartbeat. Nice and easy too.

Real Italian Calzones

This recipe was decent, And I will defintly try again, just my first time making my own dough, and I don't think it came out just right. Plus I do not have a rolling pin, so my soup can improvision was'nt the best either(see pics) lol. I just used cooked sausage, ricotta, mozzerella,peppers and onions for my fillings. Very filling.

lol My father used to pour some chocolete syrup on my Rice Crispies when I was little, and this is like 17 or 18 years ago. It is definetly somthing I will always remember though. Suprised to see it here!

Easy Chicken Parmesan

I just made this last night for dinner and it was fabulous. I just used more olive oil, because the way my pan is, and used italian bread crumbs. This was a big hit in my family. I just served it with spaggetti and some italian bread. Very filling and very Easy to make. Definetly a keeper!
