Roasted Spicy Mustard Potatoes
Flavor great, dryness bad. I am going to try them again but I will first parboil the potatoes and add a little olive oil to the mixture.

Glazed Corned Beef
Excellent. Very tender and flavorful. A little much ketchup flavor so I may decrease next time.

Cowboy Cookies III
Excellent Cookies. Made exactly as written only upping the vanilla extract to 2 teaspoons. Crispy on the edges and chewy in the middle. Yum.
