DON'T EAT THIS WARM!! Who doesn't love warm apple pie with vanilla ice cream? Well...this isn't the pie for that. It is ONLY good chilled and the next day. However, it is something different than the traditional apple pie. I liked it ok but I think I will keep trying different recipes. :)

I chose to alter this recipe and have it more like cornbread than a casserole so instead of 1 box of Corn muffin mix I used 2. I also added 1/4 cup of milk and sliced up two slices of bacon and added to the mix. I also added all the cheese to the mix and didn't put any on top. This came out fabulous! Couldn't even tell there was zucchini in there so the kids gobbled it up! Great idea!

Didn't like this at all and I love mac and cheese. Needs more flavor or something to give it a kick. Will keep looking for a better homemade mac and cheese recipe.
