Sangria! Sangria!
Great sangria. Everyone loved it! Used 7up instead of sugar and carbonated water. Added it individually to each glass as I was serving. About half and half. For some reason all of my fruit tasted very bitter after it had set for 24 hours even though it was not bitter when I added it at the begining. No problem, just didn't eat the fruit. Although I am curious as to why it was bitter. Will definitley make this again and am sharing the recipe already.

Salmon with Fruit Salsa
great for a light summer meal. I thought the salsa needed a little something so I added cilantro, salt and coriander. Cooked the salmon as directed, but also threw in a few chicken breasts for my husband and daughter since they don't eat salmon. Came out great.
