Divine Spaghetti Sauce
Like a lot of other people, I customized a lot, but this was the first time I've made my own pasta sauce and it turned out fantastic with raves from everyone!

Penne Pasta with Spinach and Bacon
This will become a regular dish in our house! We added mushrooms and topped it with a little cheese. We also used roasted red peppers instead of tomatoes. A great, very quick dinner!

Cajun Crabmeat Au Gratin
I don't enjoy seafood but made this dish for the holidays. I made it just as the recipe called and everyone loved it!
