One of four boys raised by wonderful parents that did not stigmatize male and female roles. I learned early from my Mom how to cook and began late in college life to experiment with recipes. I love to blend flavors and styles based on the folks I'm cooking for, mostly my family (wife and twin daughters). We do not eat red meat (and haven't for over 24 years. Mostly fresh and vegetarian with some seafood and poultry.

Almost anything that lends itself to a creative blend of tastes. Baking is not my thing but not out of my range.
