I always need new ideas for dinner! I love to bake, especially things for breakfast. I also frequently cook dairy-free because we have a dairy allergy in the family.

Lentils and Rice with Fried Onions (Mujadarrah)
Made recipe as-is, used sour cream on top. Very good, but next time might try some of the suggestions to enhance flavor.

Rosemary Ranch Chicken Kabobs
This chicken is SO delicious. It completely surpassed my expectations. I will definitely make this many more times. I did omit the sugar, since it says optional.
